the staff was attentive especially ana who helped me settle in quickly after my long flight the location was central , made exploring effortless and i could walk to many attractions the breakfast had a great selection with both sweet and savory options available the room was modern and very clean

the elevator was out of service for a few days , made accessing upper floors difficult i hope this gets resolved quickly

Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. Early check-in was a blessing after my tiring overnight flight. The cleanliness of the hotel impressed me and enhanced the experience.

The absence of coffee in the room was a very minor disappointment.
